The Formation Tighten-Or-Remove Line
Most consultations answer the wrong question first. Patients ask how much fat can come out. The question that actually determines the outcome is whether your skin will contract over the new shape once the fat is gone.

Recovery And The 60/40 Standard
Formation treats surgery as 60% of the result and post-operative care as the other 40%. That’s the 60/40 Recovery Standard, and it’s not a slogan. Incorrect aftercare can undo a well-executed operation.
Most of that 40% starts before you’re on the table. Health and diet get assessed in advance, then nutrition, supplements and peptides get adjusted in the window immediately before and after surgery so your body builds as much structure as it can while healing.
