Dr. Grandhige personally evaluates every patient and designs the plan himself, and he stays in contact with patients for a full year after treatment. Nearly all of them use that year. For injectables that shows up in one specific way. A first dose is a reading, not a finish, and coming back to adjust is standard here instead of an inconvenience.

Two Questions To Ask Before You Cross The Bridge

The second is where the product came from. It should be product obtained through an authorized distribution chain, and nothing else. The FDA has issued warnings about counterfeit, unapproved and misbranded botulinum toxin sold outside that chain, after adverse event reports that included botulism symptoms. Product bought outside it can be counterfeit, contaminated, badly stored, or simply inert. So ask to see the vial and the lot information. A practice with nothing to hide answers without pausing.

What The Sunshine City Does To A Face

Resurfacing or filler for what’s already etched. Sunglasses for the squint load you haven’t accumulated yet, which sounds trivial and is the easiest thing on the list to act on.
Photoaging also costs skin its recoil, and no dose of anything relaxes that back into place. That’s the territory of skin tightening in St. Petersburg, and it’s a separate decision made on separate evidence.
Botox For Men In St. Petersburg
Men need a different plan, and that isn’t marketing. Male facial muscles are generally stronger, so a dose that softens a woman’s frown often does very little on a man. The target is different too. A woman’s brow can carry some arch. A man’s should stay flat and low, and anyone chasing forehead lines without watching the brow line will feminize a face without meaning to.

Men who grind their teeth often get two results from masseter treatment at once, less clenching and a squarer jaw softened by a degree or two. That second effect is not always wanted, which is exactly why it gets discussed before it happens.
When Botox Is Not The Right Tool
Botox moves muscles. It doesn’t add volume, remove fat, or tighten skin. Most disappointment traces back to using it against a problem in one of those other three categories.
Lines visible with your face completely at rest are etched into the skin. Those want resurfacing or filler, and muscle relaxation alone will underdeliver.
A weak chin or a jaw that reads soft is a structure problem, not a movement problem. That’s the job of chin and jawline filler, using either Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapatite that also prompts your own collagen, or Juvederm, a hyaluronic acid that can be dissolved if you change your mind.
The vertical cords running from the jaw down the neck are platysmal bands, produced by the platysma, a thin sheet of muscle covering the neck and reaching up over the lower face. Relaxing it softens the cords, and the FDA approved Botox Cosmetic for moderate to severe platysmal bands in October 2024, its first aesthetic approval for an area beyond the face. It helps a real group of people and it is not universal, which is the whole question behind Botox for a turkey neck. When the bands are the main problem and a neuromodulator stops holding, the answer is surgical: MyEllevate, a nonabsorbable suspension suture, combined with platysmaplasty. Skin roughly between the ages of 25 and 55 responds best to that kind of work.

One honest negative. Over-treat a forehead and the brow drops, the upper lids read heavier, and you live with it for a couple of months while it wears off. That’s a dosing error, and it’s the whole argument for starting light and correcting at two weeks.
