What FaceTite Does For The Jaw And Neck
FaceTite is a radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis handpiece. One electrode passes under the skin of the lower face and neck, a second tracks it along the surface, and the tissue between them heats and contracts. Clench your jaw and watch the front of your neck. If two vertical cords stand up, those are platysmal bands. Why Depth Of Access Is The Real Difference
Every skin-tightening device you have read about works from one of two directions. Lasers and microneedling work down from the surface. FaceTite works up from underneath.

The review states its own limitation plainly, and it belongs here: most included articles measured outcomes subjectively, through patient satisfaction scores or physician review of before-and-after photographs, rather than by objective measurement. Read those numbers as directional.
Here is what the data means for you practically. If your skin has lost most of its recoil, heat will not manufacture elasticity that is no longer there, and taking fat out from under skin that will not retract can leave you looser than you started. If platysmal bands are the main event in your neck, tightening skin over the top of them changes very little. And if a facelift or a skin-excision neck lift is what your anatomy actually calls for, Dr. Grandhige will tell you so and point you toward a surgeon who does that work well.
