Layer Two, The Platysma Muscle

Layer Three, Skin And The Fibroseptal Network
Lift the skin along your jaw and let it go. A quick snap back means the skin can firm up once the fat is gone. A slow settle means laxity carries more of the problem.
This is where the tightening device earns its place. Renuvion and FaceTite both work from beneath the skin. Renuvion treats the deepest layer of the skin and the fibroseptal network beneath it, the connective tissue foundation between skin and muscle. Lasers and microneedling work from the top down and can’t reach that foundation. The working window is a skin age of roughly 25 to 55, and skin age doesn’t always match your birth year.
Layer Four, Chin Projection And Jaw Angle
A short chin or a soft back angle is a frame problem, and the frame is where filler belongs. Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapatite, and Juvederm, a hyaluronic acid, are placed at the chin, along the jaw border and at the angle. They add structure the bone doesn’t show on its own.
