FaceTite works from underneath. The probe travels in the plane where fat, skin and the fibroseptal network meet, and the heat lands on that foundation directly. Lasers and microneedling work from the top down. They pass through the epidermis and dermis and stop well above the network that actually holds the neck up. They can improve texture and tone.
