Who This Procedure Fits
The candidates who do best have real submental fat, skin that still snaps back, and one layer to treat rather than three. Skin elasticity holds up reasonably well through roughly the mid twenties to mid fifties. Inside that window, skin usually retracts on its own once the fat is gone. Past it, retraction gets unreliable and skin tightening stops being optional.
Two honest limits. If your neck is mostly loose skin with little fat, liposuction takes away the volume holding that skin out and can leave things looking worse.
