You wear a compression garment continuously, and most patients are back in the gym within one to two weeks as long as the garment stays on. Definition sharpens between roughly six and twelve weeks as inflammation settles, and the final shape keeps maturing over several months.
Recovery after a tummy tuck runs longer. A nurse is provided for the first 24 hours, most patients return to desk work in about ten to fourteen days, and exercise resumes without restriction around six weeks. Across every procedure you get scheduled follow-up, clear milestones, and active support for swelling, plus a full year of check-ins. Nearly all Formation patients stay in touch for the whole year.
